Bed made from Ash wood and filled with woodland earth. My body painted gold. I lay under the earth, rose from the earth, and stepped outside of the Earth Bed. I work with the boundary of the vessel, contemplate the precipice, and the action of moving within it to outside of it. The piece explored what it is to step outside of the 'known', comfort, and safety, into new and unknown territory.

The presence of the wall of the vessel as a boundary, brings the opportunity to move beyond it.
